3.3.21 распылительная камера (spray chamber): Устройство, расположенное между распылителем и ИСП горелкой, предназначенное для разделения капель аэрозоля в соответствии с их размером так, чтобы только очень мелкие капли попадали в плазму, а крупные капли стекали или отводились в слив с помощью насоса.
